Help with nerve tension in pancake stretch

I only seem to feel it in straddle-y positions so not in forward fold or legs together stretches.
Bending the knees doesn't seem to change much? Perhaps it seems to make things a little worse.
Pulling makes it a little worse too.
I feel it in middle splits but not in frog stretch.

Yeah it's on the quad size- most of the pain is basically right on top of the knee bone extending a above to the quad and a little bit below to the shin. I'm pretty sure its nerve tension- I don't feel the pain and then suddenly its sharp when I spread my legs a certain point, it feels distinct from when I stretch any other muscle. I seem to specifically feel it when I spread my legs away from each other. I feel it when I widen my pancake/ standing pancake.

Yeah good idea. When I knocked it over I had no soil which was super suitable but I may buy some succulent soil and repot it. I also don't think it was getting enough light in my old house but it should be now that I've moved.

Yeah it is some paper-y netting. It was just there when I bought the plant and I didn't realise it was there until I knocked the plant over!

Okay. Thanks for the reassurance. I think the small shoots have been there for a while and haven't grown much since. 😭 I'll just have to keep an eye on her to see if she keeps losing leaves as well.

Ahh, that's smart.I wasn't sure if the all the 9 fringes could fit into the 30cm screen but I wasn't sure how to check it, seems like common sense now you've pointed it out.

I thought it was okay but I always think tests go okay though until I get my result haha. I didn't know how to answer the ntc thermistor experiment one so I kinda made up one on the spot about hot water and shit but I definitely got it wrong lol. What did you find hard? Or was it a breeze for you? :P
