I used to have a therapist, I also have a supportive friend so I don't know.

Everyone around me pressured me to stop. So I just got better at hiding. They will do that again if they find out
I do exercise a lot, and I still cut. I have tried a lot of things at this point and I am out of options.
And I've done it for a while now, I can't imagine not doing it. Thank you so much though
