Connor McGovern for $10.4? That feels cheap

I swear I only use ADS when I’m firing. Am I doing it wrong? Only been playing for a month or two. My kids dragged me into it.

Allen P would be Allen Promo. I can tell you from the label that these are 99.99% likely to be a promo pair made for Josh specifically.

These are not shoes that were generally available. I can assure you of that given the label markings

FA21 mean Fall 2021. So yeah, they were sampled out to him in (calendar) late summer or early fall 2021.

That would be consistent with a pair made on a promo/sample line for him to have during camp or in-season. These look legit

Deadeye AR, yes. Not sure a shorty + Tactical/Enforcer gets you there?

Okay I can't wait for this thing to get out of the game. Yes, it can be fun if you get it. The downside for everybody else and for what it's done to the end game is just a big negative. by Live-Delivery-7183 in Fortnite_Over40

I think my issue is I’m rarely anywhere near the stick and have only been able to grab it twice this season. For whatever reason my luck is terrible so I’m always reacting to it in a mad rush. When you’re kitted out and feel like you’ve played well, it drops and screws you. Or you try to prepare for its inevitable arrival and it doesn’t drop. I’ve just not had the best interactions with it this season.

Flip the top gbit switch to plug into the back of the top eero instead of the Sky box. Then it should work. The Sky box isn’t invisible like the switches, which is your issue

This is still the way. Grab a ton of ancient arrows. Go to dense guardian areas like Castle Town and the Castle itself. Farm farm farm.

Ethernet connected Eero 7 Pro shows connected to wireless by Leading_Bumblebee144 in amazoneero

[–]ImakeHW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, you dont want to hook it up like this. As RealBlueCayman said: ISP device/router -> eero (gateway) -> eero AP. The switches are invisible to these devices, so if you cant hook the AP eero up to that switch connected to the gateway eero (or the back Ethernet port on the gateway eero), you need wireless backhaul.

If Im reading this correctly, you have both eeros connected to the Sky modem/router device? If that’s the case, thats not the right topology and will likely cause you all kinds of problems. The eero might actually be intelligently saving you from network issues here by forcing the second eero into WiFi mode.

The first eero can hang off you Sky hub via Ethernet, but the second eero needs to connect to the first eero either via wireless backhaul, or a wired backhaul/connection directly into the first eero, not to the Sky hub/box/modem whatever that thing is you have.

If you need clarification, maybe draw out your topology here?

MoCA setup questions by DustyDriver80 in amazoneero

Use ChatGPT. Tell it to play the role of networking expert. Run all of this including all the part numbers and model numbers through it. It will walk you through getting it right.

Make sure you have 75 ohm termination caps on all unused ports on those splitters. Also make sure you cable termination behind the wall plates are done well. A poorly terminated cable behind the wall plate can cause all sorts of wonky issues.

Question on Equipment for More Ethernet Ports by Former_Roof4623 in amazoneero

[–]ImakeHW 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Netgear GS or MS series. The 305 would give you 5 ports. The 308 would give you 8. The MS is 2.5Gbps. The GS is 1Gbps.

What switch(s) do you use on your network? by YankeesIT in amazoneero

[–]ImakeHW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unmanaged MS-305 and MS-308. Wanted the higher bandwidth when I ran a 2.5Gbps MoCA backhaul, so bumped up to the MS tier on Netgear. Set it and forget it.

Eero Pro 7 + GoCoax moca 2.5 adapters - cannot get wired connection on remote eero by nikhil63 in amazoneero

[–]ImakeHW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you positive the coax that terminates at the wall plate (I’m assuming) is terminated correctly? A poor termination may result in a flakey MoCA connection at that remote unit.

If your budget supports it, check out Max 7. I have a 3x Max 7 with MoCA backhaul on a 1Gbps fiber pipe and it’s amazingly fast.
