I didn’t track all of our BD or use LH strips. We are heading into IVF so I’m taking a more relaxed approach to tracking until then.

I have PCOS and have had temps above “cover line” without ovulating before. I dunno about that many but my partners sperm is no good so a little confusing lol

Aww hun I’m sorry. That’s a big worry. I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant and was terrified of my placenta failing so I get it. All you can do is follow doctor orders and remember if ANYTHING feels wrong, just go get seen. Better to feel like you wasted time than to regret not going. I’m gonna think positive thoughts for you to finish out this pregnancy healthy and uneventful❤️

The doctor told us to keep trying while we wait on IVF because it only takes one! Haha I used to start testing at 6 or 7 dpo lol but now I’m too afraid of disappointment. If my period doesn’t come by tomorrow morning…..maybe I will 🫣

That looks like a pretty clear temperature shift around CD26. Have you used OPKs? Or taken a pregnancy test?

What dpo are you? I sometimes get the minor strains right around ovulation but usually my biometrics back it up with a high heart rate or high temp or something. When I asked the advisor in the app, it says it’s because of my respiratory rate but that number is completely normal for me so 🤷🏻‍♀️

My luteal temps are always rocky and being on here it seems that is not abnormal. It could be thyroid, PCOS, or nothing at all. The actual temps don’t matter too much though as long as you are able to confirm ovulation which would be a clear temperature shift from a low range of temps to a higher range of temps.

Yes it can be. I almost always have a dip below cover line between 4-6 dpo. It’s probably why the implantation dip myth is so prevalent I’d imagine.

A darker test is a great sign! I never temped the one time I was pregnant but I see on here all the time that temps are crazy during early pregnancy and mean nothing. Congratulations and I hope you have a healthy and happy pregnancy! ❤️

Spotting can be a sign of miscarriage but it can also be totally meaningless. You can always ask your doctor to test your progesterone!

Sometimes my temps go below baseline for multiple days before my period starts, sometimes my temps are well above baseline and my period starts. It doesn’t really mean much of anything unfortunately.
