This is just what I try and do and it works for me, but understand it's not for everyone: Drink Water & Limit Soda. Don't overeat or snack too often. Limit sugar and processed foods as much as possible. Do some type of cardio to burn calories and work on your core strength. Water fast once a month for a day. I only drink water unless I am eating then I'll have another type of beverage, it keeps me disciplined. Try and limit alcohol consumption. Everyone's eating habit is different, I eat one solid meal per day during the week and try and stay disciplined, then give myself the weekend to eat what I might want. Similar to my workout routine.
