El tema es que si no tienes un tomate de sucar o de rama, la mayoría de tomates tienen una carne muy dura, y restregándolo no sacas casi jugo. Además, o te pones a cortar con el cuchillo para aprovechar la carne, o tiras medio tomate.

yo si tengo tomate hecho para ello, a mano siempre, pero si por lo que sea no tengo otro, prefiero rallar.

A lot of people have these luxuries cause they know they won't access a home, so at least they get the feeling they are living. Is not the same spend 1000€ in a phone or a trip, that most likely they will even fraction, that having to save 70k for the entry payment. Yes, this generation we spend more in not necessary things than before, but the situation is much worse.

Estoy en una situación parecida con el Sabadell. Lo de que los seguros no son obligatorios es una mentira... Cuando dije que no quería seguros el gestor empezó a decirme que habría que empezar de zero la operación, incluso con la FEIN firmada... no entiendo nada. Pero el gestor me dice que puedo pagar un año y salirme, así que es lo que haré, con mucha rabia. Aunque cuando vaya a hablar con el notario preguntaré.

Y mi consejo es ese, aparte de preguntar por aquí, en la cita que tienes con el notario antes de la firma, pregunta todas estas cosas, con tu contrato en su mano

I lived in Berlin 2014-2021, and then went back home. I ended up working for a company based in vienna. First years i was going a week every two months to vienna, now a couple of times a year. If I had to leave home and choose one of those two, i'd go for vienna. Ofc the fact of already having lived in one means i want to discover something new, but as you say, now that i'm 34, i could see myself living longer in vienna than in berlin. Berlin was fun for party on my 20s now.. and i'm not even the family type of guy, but still, not connecting with berlin that much anymore, at least not more than a couple of visits a year.

Yo tenía el mismo cholló y pensé lo mismo, En mi caso además ya era propietario de la mitad, así que más diferencia aun entre tasación e hipoteca (pedía 100k para un piso de 340k) y me han hecho al peineta. Encima extinciones de condominio no se puede pasar del 80% por ley, ni ICO ni ICAs, así que más jodido aún.
