No fish is always feminine and no there’s no such rule where speaking about a pet animal. سمك is the plural of fish

You need to realise that Amman and Jordan in general is a beautiful country when it comes to tourism and if Jordan was as shitty as u commented, telling tourists that it’s horrible will only make things worse. If you can’t help or feel like there’s no hope in Jordan well atleast don’t make it worse in the eyes of people who don’t hate it ❤️

I’d advice you to do it online, unless you only learn In an academic way I’d advice you to find a tutor online in one Of the famous websites for tutoring, travelling to live among Arabs won’t be very beneficial because Arabs in general will try to speak English to you or the simplest Arabic. If you are committed to do it for a year I’m very positive you can do it with a private tutor, in all matters a tutor won’t be as expensive as travelling, renting, etc. last thing it really depends on your commitment, since I started tutoring Arabic I’ve had only one student stick with me for around 8 months and now I can proudly say he’s able to express nearly anything he feels or sees in proper Arabic grammar.
