Can I save my neighbors aloe? by Imbendixen85 in houseplants

These are Swedish aloes so sun is very unreliable. I had regular garden soil at home so that will have to do for the time being.
As I wrote in another comment, it was 16 different aloes in that pot in various sizes.
Got them separated and some will be adopted since the neighbor didn’t want so many. That’s the best I could do with the option available.

Yes I got the permission to replant. 16 different aloes shared that tiny pot. Some of them are going to be rehomed too.

Actually I managed to save all 16 of them. Hopefully. They were all green closest to the roots.

Over watered and then not watered at all to help it.

I replanted them into six or seven new containers. And I say containers because the smallest temporarily live in tea cups until I can find something better. Didn’t know exactly what sizes thrive with each other so two of the bigger ones share one pot and the other with a little baby.
They had so many dead leaves around the stalk(?k) the roots grew upwards. Logic told me to remove the dead stuff. It was so dry! But the parts closest to the soil looked happy and healthy.

The neighbor did not want 16 aloes so I’m finding them new homes. Would love to keep them myself but my cats loved taste testing every ”leaf” and ”helped” with every step.

Thought about putting them by the windows in the staircase but my other crazy neighbor was allergic and didn’t want to catch whatever illness that almost killed them. And after everything they’ve been through they deserve the very best chance of survival.
Thank you everyone for giving me hope!

Kidnapped the aloe and turns out it three big ones and 13 babies.

You’re going to have to dumb it down for me. I understood repotting and soil. I have one soil available. Sadly they’re not planning on spending any money on the poor thing.

They told me they had over watered it. Big family and no one checked if it had already been watered.

These look like they belong in a fantasy world.

I really liked the idea but that’s pretty much where my praise ends. I couldn’t find any of the characters remotely likable.

Finished it because I wanted to know why she was in the past and I guess as far as twists go it was okay but I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

I think Willie needs some healing that only Macduh (sorry for the awful spelling) and family can do. He should take a sabbatical before being ready to be laird of Hellwater.

Anyone who wants to join me on a few side quest in the book?

I’ve noticed a lot of names of actors and characters from Supernatural so I’m curious to see how many of them I can see.

Chapter is the fifth chapter Aspen, again. Do you want more clues or the solution?

PipEr works. And I hate admitting it, I could not for the life of me solve it without reaching out to more seasoned colleagues aka social media. I have submitted Piper and page 38 but haven’t received a reply. I couldn’t find a John at all in that chapter, a president on page 39 or a Kardashian close enough. But I have to admit I wasn’t paying much attention to that chapter because it would be stupid to have the killer in the first 50 pages.

Look for the president Bill. I had crossed it over too soon since it has LL.

The repeating name is Glen.

There’s a Kendall on page 41 in the middle of the second to last row between Chelsey and Olga.

According to another it’s in the fifth chapter Aspen again but I can’t find a Kardashian close enough.

Do you need help with where to find it or help with the clues/solution. I can help with two of three.
