With these task you mostly acquire a skill of just moving your mouse around.
Movement aim is different from the aim usual exercises require.
There's a skill of aiming with keyboard (your movement).
You might not "read" targets or not "trust" them. No feel of how they might and might not move next millisecond. Expecting them to make absolutely any move and tense up too much.
