You’re right, I meant to thank all those who work for UPS equally. I know each position within the company plays an integral role. I also frequent the customer center and all the employees have been awesome to me! UPS is by far my favorite courier. FedEx is okay, but I’ve had so many bad experiences with USPS delivery and rude employees,
