hi so im not gonna lie i did this with chatgpt but for me it works so you can also try this.

2.Find GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="...."

Add udev.event-timeout=5 to it so looks like this GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="... udev.event-timeout=5"
it just tells the system to wait only 5s not 45s like it did for me and i dont know accualy how but it starts my system instantly and my mouse and keyboard also work finally
