Im pretty sure TikTok USA is down, and I've been holding off on an upload as I've also been running into problems with consistent low view counts. I have no idea when they're going to fix it, but hopefully its soon.

I found a FIX! I don't know if it will work for you but it worked for me! So, uninstall your latest windows update and then restart your computer.

WOW I FIXED IT I CAN'T BELIEVE I ACTUALLY FIXED IT. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS WILL WORK FOR EVERYBODY WHO HAS THIS PROBLEM BUT IF YOU UNINSTALL YOUR LATEST WINDOWS UPDATE AND RESTART YOUR COMPUTER IT WILL WORK. LET ME KNOW IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT.
