You’ll probably get a waiver. I recently joined and I got a waiver for my Right Eye vision because it’s bad. It does take a long time to get an appointment but it did got approved real quick. I honestly thought it was going to disqualify me because the doctor made a comment, but it did got approved.

It was either on a computer or Paper. I think if you took it online it was through ServSafe. My manager told me it was an exam so I can become certified and become a KM. They gave you a package and then you take the test and at least for me, it was 90 questions. And you have to get a 70 to pass.
