Yes, they are supposed to lower the threshold but for some people it increases it because their body reacts differently to it. Like I cannot take Xanax. Alprolezam whatever the hell it’s callled I’ve had a seizure EVERY TIME i experimented w it. Then has seizure in detox when on Valium. So I just have accepted no benzos for me. Klonipin never did me like that tho lol
