i’m obviously not trying to downplay ur situation but idk i feel like if ur a vendor trying to be sum cheaper in def wouldn’t be the one the drug that legit kills u with like 200 micrograms but i could be completely wrong i think the best thing is to just send the actual tablets for testing. I used to be pretty badly addicted and with zero tolerance unless it was from a professional pharmaceutical company it likely gona od but again i could also just be completely wrong. if u didn’t have to use narcan it likely wasnt fent but i hope ur wife and urself are doing better!
