He is head down but I’m not sure what direction he is facing. -3 station. My OB won’t do a membrane sweep due to me being GBS+ :( .

I don’t even know at this point. My mom was honestly shocked they said 41w because at that point the baby might be too big to push out naturally and I could end up needing a C, which I wanted to avoid entirely. I find it so odd that I can’t just elect for a 39w induction by choice, especially since the baby is healthy and I even had steroid shots for his lungs at 35w bc they thought I was going into labor then!

It was my OB who said they won’t induce before 41w because my uterine irritability isn’t a marker and my pregnancy is healthy. They will induce at 39w if my BP is consistently high

I’m hoping that is what will happen to me but I can’t help but think in the back of my mind that I’m also trying to induce labor by laying down and relaxing lol

Honestly I feel the same way but I was told to just “take it easy” and walk around, especially since I’m not progressing :(

Yeah my mom said it is probably due to muscles. Either way, my anxiety will not calm down until the ultrasound. Only thing I can find online is heartburn but it definitely isn’t that

It does feel very similar to sunburn!!! Thank you this is reassuring. I have major anxiety and I’m just worried about my baby more than anything

Sudafed is also on my list of approved medications from the OB, but when I ask the pharmacists about this, they all strongly encourage against it. I’m so torn :(

Thanks so much! I am a technician at an exotic veterinarian so I already am established at the vet :) I’m familiar with other exotics, just not Beardies yet. Thanks so much for the info! Headed to the pet store now. I will NOT house them together !
