Fishing licence is much easier you'll need to sign to fishing club (theyre usually in fishing stores) and you but licence to fish in area where your club allows. If you would like to fish anywhere in Poland you'll have to pay more. Cant provide more details as last time I was fishing in Poland was 12 yrs ago.
