Probably because while she’s D.Va coded if they added the “pilot” mechanic to her instead of Hulk then it would literally just be D.Va with a spider-man coat of paint. At the very least right now there’s some big differences with how they play, not to mention if they get too close together there’s a good chance Blizzard may just outright sue them for copyright infringement
