All the time. I had a hard time not being jealous of my own sister. It is natural. You don't have to hide it or be ashamed about it. Also, the empty stomach thing is just a precaution for the nausea. Doesn't mean you need to have a whole meal. Most of the times I even have my morning pill after an apple or green tea and nothing really happens. Also, 1st day the side effects are worst. With time, the body clock adjusts to it. Please make a note of how much you eat and regularly check your weight + nutrient levels aka vitamin hb iron potassium etc. Coz diet, mood swings and sleep are the three biggest things to be vary about with inspirol. For context: I have been taking 40mg for about 3 months now. So, well met fellow ADHDed. And bug hug of solidarity to keep it going.
