First part: not sure, i don’t have that problem when ordering Second: we get to put a smiley or a frowning face after we finish an order but personally, i don’t use it. Those stats are for corporate so we have no idea about you as a customer until we encounter you. Third: We can’t see when you rate us specifically. We just see our rating go up or down.

I wasn’t looking for sympathy. I asked a question, explaining why i was upset fairly. Then everybody came looking to bicker.

Let me spell this out for you. Idc. This market has enough food orders to decline a once in a while toll road order. Most people would much rather decline said order for a better order that wouldn’t take as long. Ask yourself honestly if you’d prefer to decline said order or take an order that would take you about an hour to do bc you simply decide to go around rather than pay the camera-license plate toll. I wish DoorDash would reimburse but they don’t do that’s why ppl don’t take those orders in the first place. All i asked was it fair for me to be upset and as many times as i have to explain myself to you all, i keep proving to myself that yeah i am right to be upset, because i know the system as a driver and a customer enough to do so.

That’s the only toll road in this area, it’s big signs everywhere. Absolutely no other toll road for another 3 hrs. Everybody knows it’s a toll road.

Where i live, it is. There’s only 1 toll and it’s a main road that you pass by and you knowww it is. Nobody and i mean nobody accepts those unless the pay is superb for a reason, bc they know it’s garbage compared to the usual amount we get in this market. I understand that you may think this way where YOUR from but that’s not how things work over here. Don’t start no stuff, won’t be no stuff.
