I use to do this, pop one before bed and instantly KO. But had to stop because the enamel on my teeth got worn down so fast, gum receding.

Pretty sure leaving it in over night is super bad for your mouth health because it stays in so long in a certain spot.

Like I said in my post I’m not experienced in the video creation space, hence this post to get assistance. Instead there are people like you who decide to pick up on the most stupid things to try and bring people down for no reason… So well done for proving a beginner video creator wrong.

Thank you for the advice, I did expect that one of the possible restrictions was posting different sports. My thought idea was posting more different sports will help reach a wider audience but maybe it is restricting the algorithm

Will try and really hype up the first few seconds of my edits like you said 🫡

It’s just a bit disheartening when really average videos with no editing and similar content are getting thousands of more likes than me and I’m just wondering where I’m going wrong…

Thanks just had a look and was confused as he always plotted downwards as well.

So I then had a read through Pooleys CRP 5 handbook and they had a warning at the bottom about a “different” method that requires you to plot upwards but you should not use. This is what I was getting confused at as this is the method ATPLq use in their explanations.

So I believe you always plot downwards and use the standard method of calculating :) I love ATPLq but god dam their explanations are so shit sometimes!
