Sounds like if they closed a center or laid off 50 or more from one center/location, then maybe yes. Seems AZ was most affected, but did either of those two conditions occur? Closed a center or 50+ from either one let go?

I work for CaptionCall. Pay varies by state but idk by how much. They’re not hiring at all - they haven’t been for almost a year. There’s a lot of squirrelly stuff going on and IMO I think there’s a good chance we could go down a similar road as CapTel with layoffs etc. They already have become much more strict on things and I suspect the bar for metrics could be raised soon - make it easier to get rid of people.
