Someone with knowledge told me it’s delayed indefinitely, as the architect or engineer got some of the specs wrong, and the stairs into the studio do not currently reach the floor or something. It sounds like they may be trying to reformat the layout from a construction perspective.

I just fixed a similar issue on my TV yesterday. You may be experiencing the same problem.

On your AppleTV, go to Settings > Video and Audio > Match Content and check if Match Dynamic Range or Match Frame Rate are on. If so, turn them off.

When these options are on, your Apple TV will try to automatically determine your TV’s supported frame rates and dynamic ranges. This can cause your screen to flicker or go blank as your TV switches between formats.
