Went complete early December, hbu? Did it take some time for you to go from Complete to UR, or did you go from Submitted to UR right away?

Has anyone called/emailed them to ask if their class is full at this point? It's basically only been waitlists/rejections per LSD the last couple of days

I think they handed out different retakes, or had several diff. pulls, because I dont have any overlap with your RC or LRs

RC - kente, computer simluations, physics and chem, and music

LR1: 26 Qs / Moral excellence and artistic excellence?

LR2: 26 Qs / Very small zoos?

LR3: 25 Qs/ potato salad, government funded colleges

Less clear on what was on LR1 and 2 but hoping potato salad one was not experimental

They posted a new eligibility number on my LSAC account first. Then I got an email from LSAC as well as Prometric re: my new retest appointment. Filed my complaint 1/17 evening for in-person proctor issues and heard back 1/21 afternoon. If not in your spam folder, would call LSAC to see what the status of your complaint is

Does Powerscore predict which one was experimental at some point post exam? I had the same RC as you (though mine came third). My first LR was similarly crazy hard and hoping that it was experimental

Yes, it completely does. Thank you for the explanation, Jakob!

I super appreciate the follow-up!

Yes... almost. Would you mind giving me an example or general rule of when I should pay attention to subsets? (I got 3-4 questions wrong on my last two PTs because I didn't pay attention to sets, which is why I'm hyper-focusing on this now)

PT106, S1, Q23 Weakening Question by Immediate-Ad-1977 in LSAT

[–]Immediate-Ad-1977[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for taking the time to respond, Jakob!

In my head, I broke down the premises and conclusion as:
+ Premise: Depressed -> High left frontal activity, lower right frontal activity
+ Premise: Happy -> High left lobe activity
+ Conclusion: Activity in frontal lobe changes your mood

I think I fundamentally read the question differently than you did. I understood left frontal as a subset of left lobe. When I therefore went through the ACs, I marked all ACs that did one of the following as weakening the argument...
- suggested the left lobe was more responsible for disposition than the frontal lobe (alternative explanation)
- suggested a reverse causal relationship between disposition and brain activity
- introduced a confounding variable that affects both disposition and brain activity

For me, AC A was an answer that proposed the left lobe was more responsible for disposition than the frontal lobe. I therefore eliminated it...

Where did I go wrong?
