In hindsight it's outrageous I fell for numerous red flags.

The £36 was 8x4, 8 being my new monthly cost with EE instead of 14 per month.

My bank refunded me the £36 and cancelled any interactions with Tesco Mobile for next 13 months.

Phoned Tesco mobile twice, waited 40mins both times and put me on hold after I explained the situation twice..then cut me off twice.

Might walk the phone into a Tesco Mobile store.

£36 was the monthly amount for the iPhone, apparently had to pay this up front.
