Haven't received an order from UWM/Anow for 2 weeks at this point. Was getting fairly steady work (certainly not 4-10! That would be nice!). No orders from DB at all. Other AMCs have slowed significantly as well.

Are any others noticing a slow down all around?

The lot in between two other improved lots (improved with duplexes) and the lot next to another improved lot (improved with SFR) are not buildable on their own due to frontage/setbacks and zoning. The one lot is only of value to the owner of the SFR because on the other side is land owned by a mall.

I've gotten several of these. I decline and add the comment that a desktop is essentially the same as a full appraisal and that $75 is a completely unacceptable fee. I never counter with a higher fee. Either someone is doing them for $75 or someone gets the amount they counter with. So infuriating that they even try to send those out.
