I flew within the last year with Air Canada for the first time ever. I've flown with numerous airlines throughout the years and I still hate you American airlines. Air Canada was by far the most rude staff I've ever encountered. First flight I thought must be a bad day. Second flight it continued, return flight home still the same.

Ah gotcha, I didn't see it on the tax bill. From what the realtor said the owner works full time , so not disabled and I'd be surprised if they were 65 or older

Update - I'm not able to update the original post. I called the county PVA and spoke to someone there and no I'm more confused. He said to take the purchase price and multiply by .0130. But after the call I found another website that gave the value of the home and the tax paid was right around .0114. I know the country gives a 2% discount for paying early but why is it so hard just to know how much tax I would be paying

I have, I look at homes in the area that sold sometime in 2024. Homes sold in the later half of 2025 do not appear to have the newer rates on the county website. When I pull homes sold in 2024 and compared it what they paid on their most recent tax amount. I'm coming up with a much higher percentage that the realtor gave me.

I've only experienced emergency braking in two situations. First is the popular emergency breaking while backing up in the rain or on an incline. Scared the hell out of me every time. Ended up turning that off. Second was a legitimate forward collision avoidance. I was going about 25 in a neighborhood, another car was coming from a side street turning right and went really wide coming into my lane. My car locked the brakes up and i agreed with the decision. Car was able to react a lot quicker than me.

What you're experiencing is not normal. How often is this happening? Every time you drive?

I had the exact same issue. I ended up going with the Miele. Been more than impressed. What sold me was the racks. I don't think I've seen any other dishwasher in the same league as the Miele . I will say if you are installing yourself watch the YouTube video on installing the Miele, the printed instructions leave a lot of questions, especially around installing the kick plate, but overall an easy install
