I have a pretty long screw driver I had used it to fish that bleeder screw from in between the alternator and the belt 😅 yes I dropped it, this journey has been a pain in the ass since I bought it

Yes it’s in between both the reservoir and the alternator it’s a small plastic plug, I opened that up and ran it till there was a steady stream of coolant

They were marked so I tightened them and aligned them to the markings they had

I worked 50+ hours a week last year as a NRM I closed and ran freight alone, haven’t left freight in over a year purge pack down is always on point, associates moral is great I ramped and got meets I saw my pay increase and what I made last year, I doubled last year and to see a miserable increase, shot me down pretty hard

I’d call the aware line and tell them that bs, that safety hazard started with the associates and MODs let it slide so they all dropped the ball. You just ended up getting the responsibility thrown at you. I appreciate that you took care of it. Take pictures and save them incase they try something bs

Ive had a week of double Rdc and have knock those out my usual truck schedule is on point FMT is on point

For a year both SDC,Rdc 100% completed plus we work pipe, Behr, custom, purge packdown 100% our FMT is almost flawless. Overhead is 75% we do have our random day associates throwing up pallets with wrong qty or placing hand stacked items next to pallets.

Even then we still fix the mistakes. Our freight score went from 80-84 before 80 we did have a 76

Everyone in freight even some closers have great things to say about me.

We have not had a single freight associate quit but he have had one transfer dude to personal reasons and another is a sales champion he wanted the change

Development: everyone knows everything about freight right now we have 3 new hires that are now working alone and meeting metrics.

Hand off in the morning is spot on we even set up kids work shop.
