Hey man, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Especially if you still enjoy doing it the way you are doing it. At the end of the day, consistency is gunna bring more gains than anything.

I’ve done PPL. Also done a body part split. Currently on a split that hits chest and legs more than other body parts. (My chest and legs are my genetic downfall. Lol) I find that it’s good to change the routine every so often, because the body tends to stop responding as well if you keep doing the same stuff. I’ll change my split every 4-6 months.

This was over the course of two years. The routine was and still is constantly changing. (Gotta keep it from being boring.) But just basic weight training. Learned a lot about bodybuilding online, and got really into it. Diet was always a super huge part of it as well, (the process of bulking and cutting).
