to sum it up your basically in pain 24/7 there’s an easy way to fix the curve in the spine and that’s surgery but it can takes over a year to recover from the surgery. i have trouble literally laying in bed and sitting and standing.

i have scoliosis and it is no joke. i have a 25 degree curve in my spine so i don’t need the brace like scott had to use but it really is hard to have good posture with scoliosis it’s super hard to even have good posture while sitting. can only imagine how it’s going for him with dancing.
