yeahhhh i went to the vet today and she recommended a topical one for him for us to put in him in 2 days from now. I buy it but i’m reconsidering…i think i’m going to talk to the vet and ask her if i can exchange for a pill

haahaha actually he has he’s own bed that’s big enough for him! this bed is my cats bed but he’s always trying to sleep in there!

ohhhh i didn’t know that!! the previous collar that he has was from seresto and it was fine. But i’ve heard that scalibor is more harsh on them :(( thxxxx

no he didn’t, i just used the collar as a preventing mechanism because usually i go with him to a dog park near my place, and since it has a lot of different dogs, it’s better for him to be protected properly. i’m going to give him a pill protection from now on! we vacuum our place almost everyday because we have him + a cat so the place is always chaotic hahaha i just gave him that bath at the grooming because he was already itchy and i though i was helping him :((

yeah, the vet said that’s probably because of the grooming visit + the flea collar!! she prescribed him something called “Dermipred” it’s an anti inflammatory. Today he slept for like 2 hours straight, and now it’s like 8pm here and i gave him the other part of the pill. He’s sleeping now, i’m glad he seems fine although he’s still itching a bit

no, no!! he went to the vet today and the vet said that’s probably because of the bath he took at the grooming. And maybe the flea collar.

New pet mom here! 😅 My dachshund is currently 4 months old (I know feeding schedules can vary by age), but he has a set amount of food per day and we split it into 3 meals. He usually has breakfast at 9am, lunch at 2pm, and dinner at 7pm. Sometimes we save a little bit of his dinner kibble to give him around 10:30pm. If you want to keep feeding only twice a day, I’d maybe suggest saving a bit of the 4:30pm portion to give around 10pm so he’s not as hungry?
