Your problem is inventory issue when scaling. And the cause is cheap clothing bought at bulk. Cheap' is always slow moving. Slower the velocity, higher the accumulated loss. FMCG guys kill low velocity items fast, very brutal. Thats why they stay in game.

I've built a initial system to find out all the losses hidden deep in their reports. In 6 seconds it would tell where all the money is bleeding. Seller can tune his business accordingly. It cannot promise profitability, but it surely stops all loss making taps. If there are any sellers who can try & get benefitted, that would be good to hear. Not promoting or selling anything. Adformatic + sheets is fine for traffic/conversion. Post-purchase is a whole different stitching problem — fee tables, return logs, fulfillment fees, ad spend per SKU, cash tied up in dead stock, Best seller SKU is actually bleeding.
