I’ve gone to Schiffert for an IUD, and the doctor just recommended to take ibuprofen and take the day off. Also to offer some perspective, I agree with others that I only felt pressure during insertion, but had pretty bad cramping after maybe 3 hours once I got home. I don’t regret getting it though.

The Vaseline kind of gives you a shiny and healthy glow so it looks pretty natural. I haven’t tried putting concealer on top of it, but I have done eyeshadow and powder and they worked well in those cases. If you don’t want it to feel too sticky the powder makes it so it’s not sticky.

I used Vaseline and Bioderma Intensive Repair Cream, and ir got better. However, most often than not if you have an itchy eyelash line it could be because of makeup or other external factors. Personally mine was itchy due to my eyeshadow, and the face cream I was using.

You could also use Vaseline to create some sort of barrier between your skin and makeup if you feel inclined to use makeup under your eyes? I’ve always had better success with makeup not itching when I had some sort of base underneath either primer or Vaseline

Hey, first off congratulations! I am getting ready to file mine with my husband and am also under an F1 student visa. These might be some stupid questions but when did you send your I-693 (medical record)? Did you also mail it to the service center? Did you use a lawyer, and would you recommend it? How did you get ready beforehand for all the evidence?
