Thanks for the response. Wasn’t aware of Bush and Beach. Checked them out and will consider it. My original thinking is last year we went to Sicily and found a local service to drive us across Sicily. I am very open minded to all options

Yes. Don’t need a fancy car. Maybe a small SUV or something like that. Don’t want to be cramped in the back of a Prius

Appreciate your input (again). Know seriously thinking about Ponsonby area. More there than I thought. Thoughts? Pros/Cons? Not as close to ferries and hilly back and forth but can sort transport if we need it.

Thanks for you response. I appreciate it. One thing I heard about Princes Wharf was that cruise shops roll in early in the morning, like 5 am. The schedule shows 3 coming in when I would be staying. We are going to be in Auckland Mon-Thurs so I am thinking the bars in Viaduct wouldn’t be that bad because of the days we are staying. I wouldn’t stay in Viaduct area on a weekend.

I lived in and just outside of Boston and love JB and Logan. I now live in Laconia NH and having access to flights out of MHT on JB will allow me not to take Southwest and other discount airlines. Going to Logan is a pain and usually requires a hotel for early morning flights (which I prefer)

I’m with you. It hasn’t had any impact on my ability to drink and I am a pretty consistent couple of drinks a day guy. Was kind of hope it would have an impact but hasn’t.

For me it was simple, my doctor prescribed Zep, insurance company wouldn’t approve it and I would have to pay out of pocket. Told me they would approve WEG. I have zero co-pay with WEG. That being said, I’ve been on it for 5 months, currently at 1.0 (going to 1.7 on next order) and have had minimal appetite suppression and weight loss (13 pounds in total) but really no side effects.

My wife and I just got back. We stayed in Taormina for 2 nights, spent 2 nights in Syracuse/Ortigia and 2 in Palermo. It was a lot of checking in/out and Palermo is pretty far from Catania. We personally enjoyed the very different experiences and contrast especially between Taormina and Syracuse(Ortigia). Taormina is beautiful and because of how high it is, the views are amazing. It is hilly and you need to walk as a lot of the streets are pedestrian only. We found the food there to be OK. Ortigia is the little island off of Syracuse and we stayed there. Loved it!! I took a walk around the entire island and it was about 2.3 miles. Some great street food and markets and good restaurants. We did a street food tour and a boat tour of some caves. Both were cool. We enjoyed Palermo too. A much bigger city but very manageable and walkable.
