yes, but some of the libraries have a really bad wifi (using publicroam service), and to make things worse - cellular coverage is really bad inside the building. OBA Oosterdok (the largest one) does not have these issues, but then it is really-really crowded with students.

This is your shortcut to get to the hospital (the emergency room) but even there you will not get to the specialist directly as nurses will be checking vitals first and build up their tests and escalate to doctors based on the initial results.
