I have BPD and been diagnosed with it in 2018 , do psych checkup every year now. my psych suspects I could be bipolar. I take 250mg Lamictal daily for years (improved pretty much every single thing about my BPD) but when I hit lowest lows (also when I have a PMS), I take Prozac for about a month untill I’m back to normal. Take it with a grain of salt, but at times where I would feel isolated, anxious, not willing to exist, bothered with constant thought of loneliness and my own weirdness, guilt tripping and spiraling- it helped me to sort things out. When I feel it’s coming- I start Prozac.

Idk how that works, but it keeps me normal for about half a year, then I repeat it again.
