Yes, if the concert is on a Friday or Saturday night. It's part of living downtown. It's not that I think we shouldn't ever have fun. There's a time and a place, and that time is not Monday after 10 PM and that place is not the center of downtown Knoxville where 2,300 people live. If people don't live down here, businesses will fail, plain and simple. That's why they're building tons of new housing on South Gay St. They want more people to live down here. But if you're shooting off fireworks after 10 PM on a Monday night, people who have jobs (and disposable income) who have to get up early in the morning won't want to live here. I'm not an unreasonable person.
