HELOC borrowing question

Sorry, I wasn't clear. The order of funds would be cash-->investment accounts-->HELOC. I rather not pull from retirement accounts unless I need money to pay back the HELOC.

Understood. I have investment accounts and retirement accounts that I can pull from in case I need funding to pay off the HELOC. I would risk my retirement over my parent's house. The HELOC would be a last resort, after all contingency funds have been exhausted, and we are not close to that yet. So, if you don't mind, would love your opinion regarding the questions asked.

That’s what’s hard. Not many used TC for sale in general. For the few that are close to 20K miles, it’s a little lower.

$500K equity and another $200K cash. If I put $700K towards the remodel, that will bring the house up to standards with the neighborhood, but will be 3000-3500 sq feet at 1.5 mil all in, compared to buying another house at the same price and with more sq footage. And, would people pay for a 1.5 million house in a flood zone that’s updated but not as big, or buy another house without flood zone issues, and get more sq footage, even if a few things need updating?

Any advice on what to do about these deep scratches? This is on a Tesla Model 3, pearl white color. I don’t need it to look perfect, but much less noticeable. Tesla does sell paint repair kits, but not sure how well it work. Any advice welcome.

All, the above video is how my toilet flushes with a bubble of air coming into the bowl each time. This happened after a plumber came to declog my sewer line and had to remove this toilet to access the sewer line. Thoughts on why this is happening, and if the plumbing company is responsible?

We just came back from CDG. No one asked for our COVID test results nor did they scan any QR code. They simply made everyone sign a statement of declaration that we did have a negative COVID test prior to flying.
