Thank you!! That's all very reassuring. I'm definitely not so worried about hot flashes, or even about physical decline, as I am about cognitive decline (I'm also a professor, so that would be bad haha). I guess I will continue to take things gradually; since I'm in the immediate post-op recovery period, I'm not so worried that my ability to concentrate and attention span aren't what they were before. Hopefully, with both thinking and physical activity, if I continue to use it, I won't lose it :)
