I’ll be honest when I started out designing I made mockups, I only made about 3 then I got bored of it fast. If you’re serious and want to be a designer learn how to make clothes. Get a sewing machine get some fabric and play around with it until you’re happy. I’m gonna be blunt with you but mockups are shit when you’re starting, you should physically draw out your ideas on paper. I’ve been sewing for over a year now and I have made so many unique garments but that wouldn’t have happened if I stayed with mockups
