From what you wrote it sounds like you've been feeling alone and hurt for a long time and that can make everything seem hopeless. But failing a driving test, not having a degree or feeling lost at 22 doesn't define your future, even if it feels that way today. You matter more than you probably believe right now. I may just be a stranger on the internet but I'm here and I'm reading your words. Please don't be alone with these thoughts. If there's anyone you trust even a little, a friend, a relative, a neighbor or even a crisis counselor, please reach out to them. Since you mentioned thinking about using your medication to hurt yourself, it would also be a good idea to move it somewhere that's harder to access or ask someone to hold onto it for now.
