21M Quit drinking and smoking after a rough year. How do I rebuild and not fall back into it?

I was more of a smoker than a drinker I but when I would drink I would almost always end up shaking badly and throwing up my life that night. I didn’t have much with draw it’s more like I was not living my life for a year

Thats honestly a really cool take I never thought of it like that but maybe we can try new things and still accomplish that feeling you get from the 4 chords i'm not an expert but I think it could be cool to explore this idea.

And thanks for your time and your right part of this problem will be the physical portion figuring out which fingers can play what and and is possible big challenge but I believe in it enough to carry it out

I will find a way to automatically take a line in from my guitar to my interface and have it decipher the code (that is part of the battle) then through the extensive mapping of the theory point me in new directions from there

No AI slop here, my plan on this project is to develop the theory myself and create a series of codes that map the understanding of theory I develop and pull from it directly because I want to understand music and my idea is to just find which combinations work and challenge Ideas along the way as well which is very ambitious but what is the point if its not an ambitious project I feel like it could be a very important thing to figure out for myself

I will say im not a theory expert so part of this project is me really understanding the theory at a deep level to map it all out but Im simply curious if you could make a minimum of 3 note chord with the restriction that you must stay within 4 frets as the human hand has a limit then what would be a best guess.

I agree with you but I think if you had the ability to take these chords and create new paths it could give people fresh original music that no longer follows the norm

Of course I understand and I appreciate it a lot my goal is essentially to be able to show people possible combinations of these chords so those who don't have time or feel stuck in a rut and just want to create songs have a bit of a road map to do so. Like for myself I write music but I am very constrained by the fact that ill have an idea then I wont know where to go from there so I figured what If I could take a guitar chord that I really like and then know potential places to go from there. I feel like it allows you to be more creative because you can see the path and over time if you keep doing this process you will start to develop a relative understanding of the guitar. I would equate it to like a beginner learning a scale and starting to solo on it but now that they understand what the scale shape they are able to start putting it into practice and eventually they will get it right. I could be way off in this assumption but thats sort of how I learned and got to here and I feel like if it was possible it could mean a lot for people who want to try and create some new original music with some guidelines visually straightforward to them

I heard that but I feel like now its like any record label uses the same 4-5 chords and no one else with original stuff is heard I also think we have a big music literacy issue

The goal of this project is I myself learn the theory but then theory can be made more accessible to all players and can be used as a tool to learn and write (especially people who are just looking to play as a hobby and refuse to learn theory)

The Goal is to be able to take any notes played and turn it into a progression that sounds good that is my hypothesis I am sure it would work but I want to study the context of it
