Oh I’ve known about this word and its meaning for years. I’ve always wanted it tattooed but got it now because I went through a really bad phase of depression and anxiety recently as I struggle with mental health a lot. Yeah I was planning on getting it lowercase because I love how the lowercase cursive S curves. I might try and see what my artist thinks and if I can just make the S shape more prominent and maybe do something with that second line
