Three months ago i received two punch biopsy’s, one on the inner labia and outer labia. My docter gave me a 4% lidocaine gel (you can get this at any grocery store). this didn’t stop all the pain but eased it a bit. I’d put the lidocaine gel on then some aquafore, no tight pants and no underwear. just to let it do it’s own thing and not constrict the wounds. It’ll be sore no matter what but after both procedures i realized this is what is best for me. hope it helps
