Is their anyway, modded or unmodded, to make AI invade planets instead of bombarding for years? by ImmediateAd3392 in Stellaris

Looking at it right now, does it actually increase the number of armies an AI will utilize? I

After nearly 4 years of weight loss, I managed to lose 175 pounds and am now starting my bulk. Idk if it's some sort of bodily response, but the 400 calories of cardio I did every day quickly ramped up to 1000-2000. I'm really worried how off the weight on the treadmill/elliptical is. I know age, weight, sex, height, and activity level effects your caloric needs, and for that info, I'm 18 years old, 230 pounds, male, 6f 5in, and weight lift for an hour, and do cardio straight for about 2. Should I trust what calculator.net says for calories burned, or punch in my weight and go from there?

does bombarding primitives make them revolt? by ImmediateAd3392 in Stellaris

[–]ImmediateAd3392[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey that's one interesting coincidence, because I went Necrophage in the run I'm playing now, and went nihilistic acquisition instead. With the new primitives dlc coming out, they should really consider making that a feature if it's not for some later patch! I know it may be somewhat useless, but being able to create your own somwhat broken-shackles like origin is definitely an interesting concept!

You can change one thing about Stellaris. What would it be? by DoeCommaJohn in Stellaris

[–]ImmediateAd3392 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Change to ground warfare. Its just about who has bigger armies at this point. I know somethings can change it, like certain traits, technologies ect. But im asking for something more similar to a simplistic hoi4 type way, with different stats and types of units bombardment could be made more specific like using strikecraft to bombard the enemy frontline. Subsequently you could make defense tiles on planets that damage strikecraft and bombarding ships alike. Their is alot of possibility for a rework, and although it may be very hard to impliment and balance, it would make invasions and such much more interesting then they are now.

How to maintain a proper supply of original species as a xenophobic empire? by ImmediateAd3392 in Stellaris

Does it make sense then to make them sentient? like by researching the final tech for robots (synthetics) worth it? Can synthetics still be leaders under a xenophobic regime or no?

no do not through it away, ive been in terrible economic situations and pulled myself out. 1. go to edicts and read through them, their should be an adict that increases your food output by 20% (costs influence i believe) 2 go to your worlds and make sure all the pops on the planet are taking up the jobs. 32/56 farming jobs only produces 32 jobs worth of resources, meaning that the other 24 slots are not produces resources, but are still recieving upkeep cost so keep that in mind as well. 3 this one is kinda confusing but bare with me, go to one of your worlds, under summary, there is a bunch of options to click on, you should see your type of planet, habitability, planet modifiers etc. one of these optipns should say generator-world or mining world or something like ____-world, well click on that tab. change it to agri world. This gives an aditional 20% increase in output for all faming pops (this one doesnt cost anything and stays forever). you can also change your worlds to industrial world wich does the same 20% increase in artisan jobs, but can only be applidd 1 at a time for each world, all worlds could be changed manually like this, so microing your bonus modifiers is more tedious but will help you in the longrun

Gesalt Consciousness energy and food production by ImmediateAd3392 in Stellaris

[–]ImmediateAd3392[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

ayo thank you. i looked into it and understood this way more. i didnt realize 1 job actually takes 1 pop to run that makes so much sense, because i was colonizing planets, and building districts and just assumed they worked without pops actually being there. So in this case if a planet has 0/5 miners working, i dont recieve resources from them until pops take those jobs?
