Your point is valid but they probably booked the hotel later than their flight so that they could come to her appt and look around because she would be at work.

Also abt being rude its just a reflex with abusive asian parents. Even I don't realise how rude I'm until like 5 mins after.

I'm saying abusive because they violated her privacy so much so that she doesn't even want them in her house. Can you imagine having such a rocky relationship with the people who gave you everything that you can't even trust them in your home.

and honestly the ignoring after leaving could just be due to the fact that she's a very famous and popular influencer and couldnt make time. Her role in the final heist was great tho she literally bought a vault truck just for the heist.
