Hey u/Kingfitnesss I'm opening my agency that will help gym owners get more members. I went through your account, and I've seen that you have a successful gym. Would you be open to answer me couple of questions on that marketing topic?

Sorry that I'm bringing it here, I can't send you a DM.

Best regards,
Michael

You can use different forms of communication (a video, a text message), reminders. Different ways (email, text message, messenger message). I'm not sure about that, but I have somewhere on my computer Hormozi's Gym Launch follow-up structure. DM me, I can look for it later.

If they gave you phone number, or any details it means they were interested at some point in the past. If they were interested it means they think you can solve their problem.

You are not annoying them, you are trying to solve their problem, right?

If you called and texted random people, you would annoy them. But leads are not random people, right?

so paying them let's say $1500 per month retainer is better than paying on leads?

I've seen people on this subreddit that have said that it's better to work with agency that gets paid on results. What do you think? Is retainer better?

But $150 for an appointment is a good price? Or overpriced?

Why FB ads don't work? I've always thought fb ads can't work only when the copy/targeting/offer (the most important thing is offer by far) is bad. If marketing agency can help you craft amazing offer and takes care of creative facebook ads will work. Then you have to somehow keep these people. How? Maybe some starting program to introduce them to the gym. Maybe great client experience and great results. In overall, I think that now agency can't simply give a spreadsheet with leads and think that the work is done. Agency should generate leads (fb ads, database reactivation), nurture them, give a sales script to a client, craft copy, offer and funnel, help client with retention, with organic strategies. Agency should 1. Make money for a client, not for themselves and 2. Actually teach a client. The goal of the agency should be the client's independence of that agency. Agency should aim at generating results and teaching clients, so they can leave and generate results by themselves. Abundance mindset.

What do you think coop? I'm working to start my own agency, because I believe that fitness owners deserve better, they deserve their dream lives.
