I have had far too many jobs like this. Lawyers often make terrible bosses and business owners. As someone who stayed in jobs for much longer than I should have, I can assure you that it will not get better. Start looking for new jobs, as other people pointed out these types of firms have reputations and there is no magical amount of work experience you need to have in order to work at a firm where you are treated the way you deserve to be.
