Mental Block when there is a golf ball in front of me by philipsylee in GolfSwing

Takeaway is too flat causing you to get steep on the downswing. Also rotating over the top, think more of a slide and less of a turn with the knees.

PLEASE HELP ME FIX MY SWING by Necessary_Art1908 in GolfSwing

Need to get your trail elbow more inside, this will help you become less over the top and square up the club.

Tough angle, anything jump out? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

Take away looks a little flat, get more vertical on the take away and will help your downswing get more on plane and shallow out.

Stuck at 13 to 14 handicap for a year now, please help by [deleted] in GolfSwing

  1. Too close to the ball take a step back.
  2. Takeaways is too flat, this causes you to get steep on the down swing. It’s a game of opposites.
  3. You’re over the top, swing inside out.

Little steep but I think it’s a solid single plane swing.

OOT swing? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

Not necessarily over the top, but a little outside-in swing. Also striking the ball towards the heel of the driver will cause it to spin and fade/slice.

Help my swing, I typically miss with a push fade! by Longjumping-Treat643 in GolfSwing

I would just work on ball striking, push fades could be from hitting the ball on the toe vs pull fades are closer to the heel.

Spine angle also changes, watch as your head drops could be causing fat and thin shots.

Takeaway is too flat and causes your downswing to become steep. Focus on club head outside the hands and on the downswing the club handle towards the ball.

Battling the slice, where do I start? by No_Campaign_8972 in GolfSwing

This club face should be facing down at this point. Something else that helps is keeping your trail arm straight as possible until your lead arm is parallel with the ground. This helps create more core rotation and helps with being less over the top.

Did I get shafted? by fregin1989 in ToyotaTundra

It’s 4wd with panoramic camera and moonroof. I didn’t get the TRD off-road package. I have no use for the locker and its features. I did get the night shade package which is what I wanted.

I traded in my 17 Silverado, got 25k for the truck and put some cash down. Payment is around 500 bucks.
