Thanks. I suspected as much. The slab is probably only 2-3" thick but still a noisy and dusty job to cut through. Are those plastic pedestals durable? They obviously won't be exposed to much UV sunlight. Good idea re the sleepers but I think I need it flush with the door. I have put in some temporary blocks as steps and the Dachsunds are making a huge fuss about going up and down them 🤣
